Therapy is a space where you can show up as you are, without having to filter yourself or have everything figured out. Together, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, make sense of the patterns that keep showing up in your life and relationships, and understand how past experiences may be shaping the way you feel and respond today.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and direct. I’ll help you connect the dots, challenge the beliefs that may be holding you back, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others. Therapy isn't just about gaining insight into why you feel or behave a certain way; it’s about using that understanding to create meaningful change.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. We’ll work together to figure out what you need, move at a pace that feels right for you, and build on your strengths as you develop greater self-trust, healthier boundaries, and more fulfilling relationships.
You don’t have to navigate everything alone, and you don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to get support.
